Wenjing Zou · Munich
Team and project coordination between China and Europe
I keep teams, suppliers and meetings running in Chinese and English, and I make sure both sides understand not only the words but what is meant.

About me
For more than a year I worked at the Huawei Munich Research Center, first as a team assistant in the events and meetings team, then in workplace support. I ran supplier and team meetings in Chinese and English, kept calendars, travel and expenses in order, and passed information between colleagues in China and the European teams in Munich.
It is also what I studied. My master's in Intercultural Anglophone Studies at the University of Bayreuth measured how Chinese and Western newspapers describe the same events, across 261 headlines.
I am looking for a role in team or project coordination in Munich, on site or hybrid, ideally where Chinese and European colleagues, clients or partners work together.

Meet me in a minute
A short video introduction is on its way: who I am, how I work, and why I like being the person between teams. Until it is here, the fastest way to meet me is an email.
