Your rights
You have the right to access the data we process about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future.
Where we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

When you visit this website
This website runs on servers of netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany, in a data center in Nuremberg. It is operated on our behalf by Shibui UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Garching near Munich.
When you open a page, your browser sends technically necessary data: your IP address, the address requested, date and time, and details of your browser and operating system. They are used only to deliver the page to you and to run the website securely, and are not stored permanently.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have data processing agreements with our service providers.
So that pages load quickly, the network of bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia) delivers them from a server near you. Pictures and documents are kept in storage in Germany.
bunny.net processes your IP address and the technical data of the request for this. In logs the IP address is shortened, so it cannot be traced back to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a fast and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where the nearest server is outside the EU, the transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We count how often this website is visited from the logs of bunny.net, without cookies and without scripts. For this, the shortened IP address and the details of the browser are scrambled once a day with a key that is valid for that day only and deleted afterwards. Visits can be told apart within a day, but nobody can follow them across days or trace them back to you.
Only totals are kept: page views, visits, pages, where visitors came from, country and kind of device. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding our website and its reach (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you get in touch
When you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to answer your inquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to a contract or steps toward one, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete your details once the inquiry is settled, unless we are legally required to keep them.
Changes
This website writes its privacy policy itself, from the features it actually uses, and updates it with every publication. Whenever something changes, a new version is created; earlier versions remain available here.
